Nearly all our sites are big rig friendly and have 20A, 30A, and 50A services. We pride ourselves on cleanliness, with immaculate laundry and shower facilities. We have wide-open spaces, city water, and a large clubhouse.

Serenity & Calm
While the summer months are full of hustle and bustle, the winter months provide a time to sit back and enjoy some smores around your private campfire overlooking the lake. The lake is free from high boat traffic and the town nearby have happy hours and specials focused on our winter residents.
Great Community
Last year we had 10+ sets of snowbirds join us for the winter and we are looking to have many more this year. Enjoy weekly happy hours, social clubs and events along with ample time to get our and explore by yourself.
Eagle Watching
From December to March, the Grand Lake area becomes a sanctuary and refuge for both the American Bald Eagle and the Golden Eagle. Our guests love to sit on their private patios and watch these amazing birds fly overhead. Better yet, a short drive will take you to their nesting area just below the Pensacola Dam.
